Processing of personal data on Audio Group Denmark’s website

Audio Group Denmark (hereinafter referred to as ”Audio Group”) collects personal data in many situations. Consequently we are very attentive to the necessity of processing all personal data in a confidential and secure way. This policy lays down the guidelines for how we process the personal data collected when you use our website, sign up to our newsletters (electronic mail), contact us by E-mail, or enter into other agreements with us.

What personal data do we process?

If you send us a message via our website, we recommend that you do not disclose any other personal data than those required for our processing of your message. Purpose of processing your personal data

Audio Group uses your personal data only for the purpose(s) for which they were collected. Storage period and transfer to third countries

Personal data are deleted or anonymized continuously when Audio Group has no longer any grounds for processing them.

Deletion of your personal data is subject to a number of procedures. However, the storage period depends on the purpose of processing the personal data concerned. This is due to the fact that we delete your personal data when there is no longer any purpose for the processing.

As a consequence of the above, we process the personal data when issuing newsletters as long as you are registered with our newsletter service. If you unsubscribe the service, we will immediately stop sending newsletters to you, and your personal data will be deleted within 3 months.

The personal data processed in connection with your inquiry will be stored for 6 months, whether your inquiry was made by telephone, email, or by the contact form.

Audio Group uses MailChimp as our Newsletter marketing platform. The information you provide when signing up for newsletter will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy. As Mailchimp is located in the USA, your data is transferred to a third country. Audio Group are only transferring the personal data that you are giving, when signing up to our newsletter. You can always unsubscribe the newsletter by using the “unsubscribe link” in the newsletter or by contacting Audio Group.
